A career in residential design, product development and large community land planning was at the heart of The Starke Agency for two decades. It was this work that elevated me to a leader in the field of real estate marketing and resulted in over 50 awards for the work I produced.

From complete community and product design – working hand and hand with land planners and architects – to product design, sales offices, marketing brochures, and campaigns, the products created supported multiple builders, real estate agencies and new home communities.

As President of this traditional style advertising agency our reach expanded into multiple areas within the South Eastern seaboard as well as a small presence in the mountains of Colorado.

The work was both exciting and challenging, enabling me to work with some of the best in the business over an extended period of time.

I still have a heart for home and still work as needed with those that create neighborhoods which will support the communities they serve.
